Asigra Sees More Than 20% Growth in Partner Program after Implementing Treehouse Interactive's Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Solution

Leading Backup and Recovery Service Provider Increases Partner Portal Participation and Marketing Enablement with TreeHouse Reseller View PRM

Salt Lake City, Utah — Octoberr 3, 2013 — TreeHouse Interactive™ (, the technology leader in SaaS-based partner relationship management (PRM) and marketing automation platform (MAP) solutions, today announced that Asigra, which offers agentless cloud-based backup and recovery software, has grown its award-winning partner program by more than 20 percent since deploying TreeHouse's PRM solution, Reseller View™. With Reseller View, Asigra has increased partner engagement and participation with its web application, and delivers greater value to partners as a result.

With a business model based on creating and nurturing partnerships, Asigra sells 100 percent through channel partners, which comprise an extensive global network of managed service providers (MSPs) and value-added resellers (VARs). Each partner is a data recoverability specialist that profitably manages, delivers, or sells cloud backup and recovery managed services powered by Asigra. For this reason, Asigra considers channel partner enablement a key component of the company's sales success.

Asigra has used Reseller View's scalable structure to help provide its partners with the ability to co-brand materials directly and automatically through the portal, while integrating seamlessly with its Salesforce CRM platform. The company has also benefitted from Reseller View's lead notification system, which allows Asigra to see which partners pick up leads from the portal and when partners act on leads through built-in notification after 48 and 96 hours.

Partner Portal Participation Is Key to Success
Since deploying Reseller View, Asigra has seen a significant rise in portal usage – key to helping partners achieve success:

  • 41.6 percent of partners participate in Asigra's partner portal, which is significantly higher than IT industry average.
  • Users have downloaded 12,000 files from the portal, averaging more than 1,000 file downloads per month.

Partners have become very engaged with getting information from our portal since we launched Reseller View, said Tracy Staniland, vice president of corporate marketing for Asigra. We have had partners who switched from competitive technologies to become an Asigra partner, due to the extensiveness of our partner program, which has been greatly enhanced by the tools we can now provide to them via Treehouse's Reseller View.

Reseller View's lead notification has also had a very positive impact on Asigra's partner communications and engagement, added Staniland. Reporting tools in Reseller View show that lead distribution is the top content viewed in our portal for value, followed by marketing and sales tools.
