Jim Schwartz, senior director of channel operations at Sungard AS, will share the experience of implementing Reseller View PRM at Dreamforce in San Francisco, California, October 15 at 11:30 a.m. The session, titled Sungard AS PRM Case Study: Implementing PRM & Salesforce in a F1000 Environment, will take place at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis – Room Foothill F.

The six-year old Sungard AS Partner Program used an inflexible homegrown PRM technology that was not equipped to support the program's steady growth year over year. In order to move the maturing program forward, a search for a flexible SaaS-based PRM solution, able to integrate with Salesforce CRM, was required to deliver the single-vendor system with concierge-level services needed for the program to sustain growth.
