Everything Channel and Business Solutions Magazine Recognize TreeHouse Reseller View PRM Customers for Outstanding Channel Efforts

TreeHouse customers Dot Hill, a provider of world-class storage solutions and software for OEM, and SGI, a global leader in HPC and data center solutions, were recently honored by leading channel authority Everything Channel as two of North America's top information technology (IT) vendors for providing high-quality channel partner programs. Everything Channel's 16th annual Partner Program Guide acknowledged the strength of the companies' partner-specific programs and commitment to their partner-centric sales model. Additionally, Dot Hill and SGI partner offerings were each recognized with a Five-Star rating, representative of an exceptional program.
Everything Channel's research department analyzed 130 vendor programs rating vendors' responses to in-depth questions about their partner programs in the five elements of sales support, partner profitability, partner ecosystem development/management, partner communication/marketing, and demand generation. The Five-Star Partner Program rating recognizes the elite subset of Partner Program Guide vendors who give solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.

Rankings were based on survey results gathered in September and October 2009 from more than 1,300 verified Business Solutions Magazine reseller subscribers asked to rate partners on their overall channel program, margins, service/support and friendliness, as well as vendor product features, reliability and innovation. Scores were calculated to determine the top 15 percent of vendors in each category for the 2010 Best Channel Vendors award. BlueArc placed in the top 15 percent for product features and channel program. Quantum ranked highest in being channel friendly and in product reliability.
