TreeHouse Interactive Introduces New Partner Support and MDF Modules for its Reseller View™ Partner Relationship Management Appexchange Package for Salesforce (CRM)

Salt Lake City, Utah — November 15, 2013 — TreeHouse Interactive™ (, the technology leader in SaaS-based partner relationship management (PRM) and marketing automation platform (MAP) solutions, today announced its Reseller View PRM solution now features a new easy-to-use partner support module that is directly integrated into Salesforce® CRM, allowing partners to request support from within their partner web applications and support professionals to manage support directly from Salesforce Service Cloud. TreeHouse has also added a marketing development funds (MDF) module to Reseller View that enables a seamless, completely paperless and auditable MDF process that automates course of action and workflows for dispensing MDF claims from initial activity approvals to MDF payment. Partner managers work directly within Salesforce CRM while partners interact only with their partner portal. Both modules are designed to make doing business with vendors easier for channel partners, and increase partner engagement to drive greater revenue for both partner and vendor.

Reseller View's new support module provides partners with the ability to request support directly from within the PRM web application, and to view, update or edit requests directly in the portal. Workflows for alerts are built in. With this module, support personnel benefit by being able to work directly in Salesforce CRM without the need to learn or use a different interface. The module allows bi-directional conversations, automated email alert workflows, and built-in reporting and analytics within Salesforce CRM.

The new modules improve Reseller View's 360-degree view of each partner. In addition to viewing all partner accounts, members, leads, opportunities and contracts, it now includes all account support cases and MDF activities, funds, and payment status.

With the new Reseller View funds management module, partners can apply for funds via their Reseller View enterprise class web application. Sales executives can use the MDF module to approve funds or route them for multiple levels of approval, which kicks off automated workflows, emails and alerts. The MDF module also provides for online upload of invoices and Proof of Performance materials, allowing for a completely paperless experience and an auditable process. No additional CRM licenses are required for either the partner support module or the MDF module.
