TreeHouse Interactive Names Bert Young as Chief Financial Officer, Preparing Software Company for its Next Wave of Market Success

Veteran Finance Executive Joins TreeHouse on the Heels of Investment from Kennet Partners and Joe Wang
Salt Lake City, Utah — April 7, 2015 — TreeHouse Interactive™ (www.treehousei.com), the technology leader in on-demand partner relationship management (PRM) solutions, today announced that Bert Young has joined the executive team as chief financial officer. The software company is strengthening its leadership team at a time when it is poised for continued significant growth. Last month, co-investors Kennet Partners and Joe Wang joined forces to acquire the majority ownership of the leading SaaS-based partner relationship management (PRM) platform provider.
Bert brings a successful track record and depth of financial experience that will be invaluable to our company going forward, said Joe Wang, chairman and chief executive officer of TreeHouse Interactive.
We're moving quickly into TreeHouse's next phase of growth, as evidenced by last month's acquisition. With this investment we're expanding both our company and our leadership in the PRM marketplace, and Bert will play a large role in facilitating this advancement as our new CFO.
Young brings more than 25 years of high-tech financial and operations experience in both private and public companies to his new role as CFO at TreeHouse, most recently as a Partner at Atlas Technology Group, a boutique investment banking firm based in San Francisco. Young has also held the CFO position for several technology companies, including PatientMatters, Benefitfocus The SCO Group, LANDesk Software, and as executive vice president and CFO at Whittman-Hart. At Whittman-Hart, Young led the global professional services firm through six quarters of 40 percent quarterly growth to a size of $500 million in annual revenues. Previous to Whittman-Hart, Young spent 12 years at Waste Management, three years of which he served as the company's chief information officer.
TreeHouse reached a number of significant milestones over the last year, positioning it for even greater growth in 2015 and beyond as the technology leader in SaaS-based PRM solutions, said Young.
