TreeHouse Interactive Unveils New Partner Marketplace, Enhanced Lead Distribution and Extensive API Access Additions to its Reseller View PRM Solution

Reseller View Maintains Lead as the Most Complete PRM on the Salesforce (CRM) AppExchange
Salt Lake City, Utah — September 18, 2012 — TreeHouse Interactive™ (www.treehousei.com), the technology leader in SaaS-based partner relationship management (PRM) and marketing automation platform (MAP) solutions, today announced new functionality available for its Reseller View™ PRM solution, including the ability to create online partner marketplaces, new ways to distribute leads to partners and extensive access to partner data for use in other systems. TreeHouse will demonstrate the new functionality at Dreamforce in San Francisco, California, September 18–21, at booth #1421.
We're seeing a renewed interest in PRM as channel teams struggle to offer partners greater value through expanded marketing and sales enablement technologies, said Erich Flynn, CEO, TreeHouse Interactive.
We have been very aggressive in this regard, releasing new capabilities like partner marketing enablement earlier this year. With the added enhancements we're announcing today, we are continuing to push the envelope in these areas by providing an even greater set of tools for companies to help their partners to be successful. The new Reseller View Partner Marketplace module enables channel teams to produce extensive partner listings that let customers not only find the right partner, but see how other customers rate them and learn more about them through a library of multi-media tools. It includes advanced search capabilities and dynamic maps that allow customers to easily find the right partner for their needs. It also has sophisticated tools to allow partners to manage their own listings.

This new Partner Marketplace functionality does that with minimal effort from vendors and helps them realize more channel revenue. We're very excited to see how well this functionality has already been implemented and used by some of our largest customers.
Enhanced Lead Distribution
New lead distribution options give channel and partner managers flexibility in how leads are distributed to partners. Specific partner sales staff can be designated as lead administrators able to view, manage and distribute leads from vendors directly in a Reseller View PRM partner portal. No additional software or training is needed, and leads and opportunities are seamlessly integrated with Salesforce CRM. Lead notifications to partners and reporting are automated in real time.

Advanced APIs with full Query Language
TreeHouse has also announced extensive new API access to Reseller View partner data, including a powerful query langue. This enables TreeHouse customers to integrate partner data with external applications for enhanced business value and a more seamless partner experience. At minimum, this new functionality integrates Reseller View with CRMs not currently supported out of the box and makes data from internal and external systems available to each other. This reduces errors and manual effort while increasing data quality and the partner experience.
