Chief Executive Officer
Chief Executive OfficerJoe Wang joined Impartner in 2015 when he, along with $700M growth equity firm Kennet Partners, acquired a majority ownership of the company, then known as TreeHouse Interactive. Mr. Wang's record includes 25 years of growing high-tech businesses and generating tremendous returns for his investors.
As CEO at WatchGuard Technologies, he successfully turned around the declining business, creating a profitable and growing company with vastly improved technology and market position. Prior to WatchGuard, Wang made his mark in the Utah high-tech community as CEO of local software powerhouse LANDesk Software, an Intel spin-off, where he grew the company by 150% in four years. He successfully sold LANDesk Software for over $400M, generating 11x return for shareholders. Before LANDesk, Wang was vice president and general manager of Symantec's Enterprise Administration Division, a business unit with $230M in annual sales. Wang joined Symantec by selling them 20/20 Software, a company he founded and at which he was the CEO. He built 20/20 Software from conception to a growing and profitable business and ultimately championed its successful acquisition, generating a 10x return for investors.
Wang holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Peking University, a master's degree in managed information systems from Renmin University of China, and a master's degree in communications management from the University of Southern California.

Founder | EVP EngineeringCraig Flynn is the founder of Impartner (formerly known as TreeHouse Interactive), and he now leads the company's engineering and product development initiatives globally. Flynn founded the company in the late nineties with a strong belief in the future and potential of cloud-based applications. From day one, the applications developed under his leadership have been launched as SaaS solutions, solving market-driven needs with applications that reside in the cloud. Over the course of the company's 19-year history, Flynn has managed nearly all aspects of the company's business from engineering, design and product development, to marketing, HR and sales, all of which has been critical in building it into the leading PRM solution in today's market. The company has been profitable every quarter since he founded it in 1996. Prior to founding TreeHouse, Flynn was a tenured computer, language, and math teacher.
Flynn holds a master's degree in education and a bachelor's degree in languages, both from UCLA.

Dave R Taylor
Chief Marketing OfficerDave Taylor joined Impartner as chief marketing officer in 2015, and leads the development and execution of the company's global marketing and product development strategy. Taylor brings more than two decades of marketing experience and a legacy of success in building high-tech businesses to his role. He most recently served as vice president of marketing, product and corporate strategy at WatchGuard Technologies, and was key in transforming WatchGuard into the most highly awarded company in the network security space. Prior to WatchGuard, Taylor co-founded Sparxent, a rollup of value-added service providers in the mid-market space, which grew to more than $50M of annualized revenue within two years.
Taylor also held sales and marketing roles at LANDesk Software for more than a decade and was part of the executive team that orchestrated the spinoff of LANDesk out of Intel. He spent five years of his career with Intel in the UK, serving as general manager of Intel EMEA.
Taylor holds a master's degree from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management.
Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial OfficerBert Young joined Impartner in 2015 and leads the company's global financial and IT operations. Young brings more than 25 years of high-tech financial and operations experience in both private and public companies to his role, most recently as a partner at Atlas Technology Group, a boutique investment banking firm based in San Francisco. Young has also held the CFO position for several technology companies, including PatientMatters and LANDesk Software, and as executive vice president and CFO at Whittman-Hart. At Whittman-Hart, Young led the global professional services firm through six quarters of 40 percent quarterly growth to a size of $500M in annual revenues. Previous to Whittman-Hart, Young spent 12 years at Waste Management, three years of which he served as the company's chief information officer.
Young holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Utah State University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Chief Revenue OfficerMark Rogers joined Impartner in 2015, and as Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Alliances, is responsible for establishing global strategic relationships with the industry's leading CRM solutions and services providers, as well as building a world class partner ecosystem. Rogers brings extensive executive leadership experience and success in sales, channel sales and business development. Most recently, he was vice president of channel sales Americas for Akamai Technologies, where he grew channel annual recurring revenue by 40 percent annually during his tenure. Prior to Akamai, Mark was vice president of business development at Aternity and Novell and has also held executive business development and channel leadership roles at Intel, IBM, Folio Corporation and Caldera.
Rogers holds a bachelor's degree in organizational psychology from Brigham Young University and completed executive education programs from Harvard Business School and Stanford School of Business.
Vice President of Customer Success
Vice President of Customer SuccessBrad Pace joined Impartner as vice president of customer success in January of 2016. Pace is accountable for ensuring Impartner customers quickly benefit from Impartner's PRM solutions, which are critical to helping companies sell through indirect channels. Before joining Impartner, Pace held a number of executive sales, customer service and analytics roles at EMC, most recently servicing as senior director of customer service support analytics and global director of customer service for EMC's multi-billion dollar backup and recovery division. Pace has also held leadership positions in the management consulting industry for A.T. Kearney.
Pace holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Utah and a master's in business administration from the University of Chicago. (Booth School of Business).
Juan Luis Munoz

Juan Luis Munoz
Vice President, Latin AmericaJuan Munoz joined Impartner in 2015, where he leads the expansion and growth of Impartner's operations to the fast-growing LATAM market. Munoz brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, sales and channel management to Impartner. He was most recently head of network security leader WatchGuard's Latin American operations, where he increased sales by more than 400 percent during his tenure. Prior to WatchGuard, Munoz led a host of sales and technical leadership positions with Attachmate.
Munoz holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University APE and a master's degree in technology management from Phoenix University.
EMEA Sales Director
EMEA Sales DirectorPierre Poggi joined Impartner in 2015 as EMEA Sales Director and is responsible for driving sales, operations and business development across the region. Poggi brings more than 20 years of tech industry experience to his role.
Prior to joining Impartner, Poggi was country manager at WatchGuard, where he tripled revenue in his region, and has also held sales positions at Novell, Landesk and Intel. Poggi holds a technical degree in computers and networks from Université Claude Bernard Lyon.
